Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for at least two years
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Flexibility to work multiple facility locations
- Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations
- Ability to work without supervision
- Capacity to make independent decisions and stay firm
- Demonstrates urgency and timeliness
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, run, bend, stoop, and squat throughout a shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Strong customer service experience
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Park and retrieve cars efficiently and in a timely manner
- Greet customers by name and provide excellent customer service
- Help direct traffic to maintain an organized flow
- Work independently with a self-reliant attitude
- Promote positive customer relations by exceeding expectations
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a cheerful attitude
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
