Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with donor or sponsorship management systems preferred
- Proven skills in project management and cross-functional coordination
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to the mission and values of Junior Achievement North
- Must pass background check and meet physical demands of the role
Job Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and time management
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to self-motivate and take initiative on projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and mail
- Ability to contribute positively to organizational culture
- Fundraising and event planning experience preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of tracking systems for events and programmatic sponsorships, ensuring accurate reporting and streamlined processes
- Serve as the sponsorship expert for corporate sponsors, coordinating stewardship, engagement, and renewal efforts with the Relationship Management team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Senior Leadership, Marketing, Program, and Advancement teams to plan and execute donor engagement events
- Project manage the creation and delivery of donor-facing marketing and stewardship materials aligned with organizational priorities
- Maintain and optimize the fundraising database to ensure accurate and up-to-date donor records
- Support additional Advancement initiatives and organizational priorities as needed
- Ensure strong alignment across departments to maximize donor engagement and sponsorship success
