Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a host or customer service role preferred
- Ability to handle high volume and multi-task
- Professionalism in stressful situations
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work varying shifts

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests according to section and provide them with menus
- Communicate effectively with guests and answer questions concerning menu items, specials, and beverages
- Assist in many functions of the dining room, including but not limited to, table clearing and setting, order taking, food delivery, and preparing basic prep items such as tea, salad dressings, milkshakes, smoothies
- Answer the telephone and respond to customer inquiries
- Answer questions related to the billing process
