Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a culinary or food service role preferred
  • ability to perform multiple cooking tasks with precision
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • strong communication skills
  • capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food preparation or culinary arts preferred
  • knowledge of advanced cooking techniques including sauces, roasting, grilling, and plating
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
  • manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
  • execute advanced cooking techniques such as sauces, roasting, grilling, and plating
  • inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace by keeping food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
  • manage multiple tickets/orders simultaneously and assist with training and minor supervisory duties as needed
  • comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
