The role of Craft Cocktail Bartender/Server at SanTan Brewing Company is a part-time position based in their lively Chandler location. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while sharing knowledge about SanTan's renowned craft beers and spirits to enrich guest experiences. This is a dynamic role demanding flexibility in scheduling, including weekend and holiday shifts. The bartender/server will act as an ambassador for SanTan's brand by educating guests about the company’s brewing and distilling history and by upholding the company’s values in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Compensation for this role includes an hourly wage starting at $12.15 plus tips, aligning with Arizona’s minimum wage tip credit regulations.
