Job Description

A highly regarded school district is seeking skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join their educational team. This district is dedicated to fostering an environment where students develop strong communication skills vital for lifelong success. Known for its collaborative school culture and steadfast commitment to student growth, the district provides a supportive setting for educators and therapists alike. With multiple full-time School SLP openings available, this opportunity offers stability and the chance to make a tangible difference in students' academic and personal development.

The available positions include two full-time roles spanning the 2026-2027 school year from August 6, 2026, to May 27, 2027, and one full-time role for a shorter term from August 3, 2026, to October 9, 2026. Each role involves a 40-hour workweek with assignments in K-8 school settings, focusing on one school site per therapist. Caseloads average approximately 55 students, including an important bilingual SLP position that can cater to the diverse needs of the student population.

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments. Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is a central part of your role, ensuring personalized support plans that promote student communication growth. You will deliver direct therapy services targeted at enhancing various speech and language skills. The role also requires close collaboration with educators, school staff, and families to provide coordinated care and foster student success. These positions require onsite presence with no teletherapy options, emphasizing the importance of in-person engagement and direct interaction with students and the educational team.

Committed professionals holding an active Speech-Language Pathology license in Arizona, along with certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP), will find this a fulfilling and meaningful role. Candidates must also have valid clearance credentials including the Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and licenses from the Arizona Department of Health. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for integrating with the school environment and contributing effectively to student-centered services.

This role offers the advantage of working within a supportive and collaborative school community, providing where you can make a lasting impact on children's communication abilities. The streamlined interview and hiring process expedites your transition into a vital role helping students achieve both communication goals and academic success. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists eager to take on meaningful school-based work with a stable position and the chance to grow within an esteemed school district.
