Job Description
We are currently seeking three qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our teams supporting school districts located in Victorville, CA, and Needles, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. Our hiring establishment specializes in educational support and therapy services, partnering with public school districts to provide on-site, comprehensive speech-language pathology services. We pride ourselves on fostering a structured work environment where professionals can thrive, collaborate with school teams, and make a meaningful impact on students' educational and communication development across kindergarten through 12th grade, depending on assignment.
Our Speech-Language Pathologists will be engaging in a dynamic role with a caseload of approximately 55 students per SLP. Each position is supported by Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), allowing a focused approach to therapy and enabling efficient management of student needs. These are onsite positions; face-to-face interaction is essential as virtual services are not an option for this role. We are looking for talented clinicians who are eager to work in a school setting, bringing their expertise to a vibrant educational community.
Unique to this opportunity is the stability of the assignment dates and hours, running from August 4, 2026, through June 3, 2027 - though these dates may vary slightly depending on the district calendar. The work schedule requires 37.5 hours per week, providing a consistent routine that supports both professional responsibilities and work-life balance. Our ideal candidates will hold an active California Speech-Language Pathologist license, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and a California Teaching Credential (Clear Credential) to meet the district and regulatory standards.
The work environment is enriched by collaboration with dedicated school personnel. This role offers the rewarding challenge of contributing to a school-based setting where speech-language pathologists are key members of student support teams. Preference is given to those who have previous school-based experience, though qualified clinicians without it may also find this opportunity invaluable. However, candidates who are Clinical Fellows (CFs) or seeking virtual roles are not eligible for this position.
Compensation for this role ranges from $47.53 to $67.53 per hour, reflecting a competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications. Additionally, eligible candidates may benefit from healthcare coverage, housing opportunities, and meals or incidentals during their assignment. More detailed information about our benefits can be found on our website. We welcome dedicated professionals who have a commitment to student development and who want to contribute meaningfully to the school district communities in Victorville and Needles, California. This posting remains open for 60 days after the posting date, giving ample time for interested candidates to apply.
