The Specialty Team Member role demands strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Physical demands are part of the role, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for 6 to 8 hours during an 8-hour shift, and operate equipment like box cutters and electric pallet jacks. The work setting may involve exposure to varying temperatures and cleaning chemicals, requiring adaptability and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. Flexibility is crucial as Team Members may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
