Team Members ensure that all products meet Whole Foods Market’s high standards for freshness, quality, and presentation through meticulous attention to detail in stocking, rotating, and merchandising. They engage proactively with customers, offering product knowledge, samples, and positive selling techniques to enhance the shopping experience.

Working as a Specialty Team Member requires collaboration with fellow Team Members and adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards. Those in this role contribute directly to the store's success by ensuring the Specialty food section is appealing, well-organized, and compliant with all operational protocols. This position requires physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and operating equipment safely.
