The role being offered is a position within the Specialty department, essential to supporting the regional Specialty vision within Whole Foods Market retail locations. This role is designed for team members passionate about natural foods and eager to contribute meaningfully to the customer experience. As a part of the Specialty team, the candidate will be involved in receiving and preparing products, maintaining the Specialty floor and displays, and actively engaging with customers to sell products effectively. This position requires adherence to all store and team standard operating procedures, supporting Whole Foods Market core values, and ensuring all health and safety regulations, including food safety, are met. The Specialty team member plays a critical role in surprising and delighting customers with fresh, appealing, and delicious food offerings while contributing to maintaining the store’s quality and cleanliness standards. This is an hourly position with a wage range of $15.00 to $24.40, commensurate with experience.
