We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor responsible for supervising food preparation and presentation in our fine dining restaurant environment. This role requires a professional who can assume full charge of the restaurant and production areas, including administering disciplinary action, training, and supervising team members to uphold high standards of service and food safety. The supervisor will ensure compliance with union contracts and health department regulations, enforce dress code and appearance standards, and manage inventory and receiving practices. Additionally, the position involves assisting with cooking and carving during peak periods and adapting the team efficiently to changes in business volume. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in fine dining, preferably with former casino employment or similar kitchen environment experience. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage high-volume dining operations, and knowledge of union contracts are essential to succeed in this role.
