We are currently seeking a Part Time Specialty Service Staff Member to join our passionate team. This position offers flexible, mixed shifts, including one weekend day, ideal for individuals looking to contribute to a thriving specialty food environment while maintaining work-life balance. The wage range for new hires is between $19 and $21 per hour, with the potential to earn between $19 and $26 per hour after hire based on performance and tenure. The role involves various duties focused on customer service and maintaining the Specialty department's organization and inventory.

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a superior shopping experience by keeping the specialty department stocked and well-arranged. Your tasks will include cutting, wrapping, and preparing cheeses — a core aspect of our cheese-focused specialty offering. Additionally, you will assist in merchandising, food preparation, and stocking shelves with wine and beer, thereby supporting our comprehensive specialty product range. Collaborating closely with the Department Manager and Category Manager, you will help execute new item placements, category resets, and promotional display setups, contributing to the strategic presentation and sales growth of the department.

This role is perfect for someone who has a genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail. While prior knowledge of cheese, wine, and beer is beneficial, we are eager to provide training to the right candidate willing to learn.
