The position demands scheduling flexibility, as work shifts may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of pizza dough preparation, various baking techniques including hand-tossed and thin crust pizzas, and the ability to operate different types of pizza ovens such as deck, conveyor, or wood-fired units. Attention to detail and rigorous adherence to food safety regulations like those of the Board of Health and ServSafe are critical. This role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment including pizza stations, ovens, prep surfaces, and storage areas.

Oak View Group values diversity and inclusivity as drivers of innovation and exceptional service. The company strives to create workplace environments reflecting and celebrating the diverse communities it serves, fostering collaboration and excellence among its people.
