The Specialty Pastry Cook role at Hilton is a key position within the culinary team, responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality bakery and pastry items that enhance the guest experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a pastry cook or in a related culinary role
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
