The technician will manage maintenance help desk requests, prioritize repairs, and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines efficiently. They will also work closely with their maintenance team and supervisors to communicate priorities and keep everyone updated on ongoing work. Beyond just technical skills, this role involves administrative tasks such as completing compliance paperwork and preparing reports for management.
