Job Requirements

  • Experience in Indian cooking with a wide variety of regional cuisines
  • knowledge of food safety food handling and sanitation procedures
  • ability to safely handle knives and kitchen equipment including grills fryers ovens and broilers
  • capacity to supervise and delegate kitchen responsibilities
  • strong communication skills
  • at least 2-3 years of related work experience
  • culinary education or equivalent
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards
