Job Requirements
- Ability to work from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Pass all ServSafe and HACCP program requirements
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to comply with company dress code
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to HSEQ compliance and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in scratch-cooking culinary roles
- Experience in multiple high-volume service platforms such as hotel, fine dining, banquet, or corporate dining
- Practical knowledge of international cuisines
- Strong hospitality focus
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work well in team settings
Job Duties
- Season and cook food following recipes and instructions
- Present dishes in an exhibition style and to order
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety following HACCP and ServSafe protocols
- Build strong customer relationships and engage to anticipate guest needs
- Promote teamwork and assist in all areas of the cafe
- Adhere to company policies and cleaning procedures
- Follow worker-safety guidelines to mitigate risk of injury
