The role available is an essential position responsible for delivering upscale guest experiences by crafting and serving beverages with exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of drink recipes, proper mixing and pouring techniques, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace compliant with health and safety standards. The position demands vigilance in monitoring guests’ alcohol consumption, promptly addressing any issues according to established guidelines, and escalating concerns to leadership when necessary. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma
  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to count money and change correctly
  • Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
  • Must be familiar with cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
  • Ability to work in small areas in a fast paced and often crowded environment
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner

Job Qualifications

  • General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma

Job Duties

  • Provide upscale guest experience by making and serving craft cocktails and drinks
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed according to guidelines
  • Resolve service problems and escalate issues to Food & Beverage leadership
  • Deliver fast, friendly, professional beverage service
  • Remain knowledgeable on all products, casino events, amenities, and promotions
  • Suggest and upsell products to increase sales and guest loyalty
  • Prepare and pour drinks according to recipes and standards
  • Add and prepare garnishes as required
  • Operate and maintain equipment and utensils following safety procedures
  • Manage Point of Sales System accurately including cash and sales accounting
  • Maintain a clean and stocked workstation following health and safety guidelines
  • Support and promote superior customer service
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report issues
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
