The Store Team Leader Assistant role at Whole Foods Market is an essential position focused on supporting daily operations and ensuring the store achieves its business objectives efficiently and effectively. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires working closely with the Team Leader to manage profitability, control expenses, optimize buying and merchandising strategies, and oversee labor management. Acting as a point person in the absence of the Team Leader, the Assistant plays a critical part in maintaining store standards and promoting a positive company image through courteous and effective customer service.
