Strong analytical skills will be essential as you will review, analyze, and maintain subcontract documentation and data within various internal systems. Proactive identification and resolution of subcontracting issues and risks will be part of your daily responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain professional relationships across multiple levels of the organization. You will be expected to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and mentor team members to enhance overall contract management effectiveness.
