This full-time position involves acting as a knowledgeable resource for guests, assisting them in selecting from a variety of leisure activities, events, and local attractions. With a focus on creating meaningful moments together, the Specialist Leisure Planning professional uses effective sales techniques to provide tickets for theme parks, attractions, and special events. They also offer concierge services, encouraging guests to participate in the Sales Presentation Tour by sharing relevant information and answering questions.

Job Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with local attractions and events is helpful
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Engages guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings
- Provide attraction, theme park, and event tickets for sale to all guests and use effective sales techniques to drive sales volume
- Offers tickets to local attractions, theme parks, and events for sale to guests
- Provide relevant information about the Sales Presentation Tour and answer any questions about the tour
- Provide concierge services to all location guests and encourage participation in a Sales Presentation Tour
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
