Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- proof of authorization and eligibility to work in the United States
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in janitorial or housekeeping duties
- knowledge of proper chemical and supply handling
- ability to communicate on a two-way radio
- ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuum, pan, and broom
- ability to work with others and communicate well
- positive attitude toward work
- ability to address stressful situations with tact
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physically able to lift or carry 25 pounds unassisted
- able to access all assigned areas of the property
- ability to walk, stand, stretch, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods
- able to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to environmental factors
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in janitorial or housekeeping duties
- ability to operate commercial vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment
- knowledge of proper chemical handling
