The part-time Security Officer role at FNBO is based at the Tech Center, with weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 8pm to 8am. Security Officers are responsible for active patrolling, monitoring premises, controlling access, and ensuring that all employees, visitors, tenants, and vendors are safeguarded. This includes tasks such as recognizing security threats, verifying visitor credentials, managing visitor logs, and maintaining continuous communication with the Security Operations Center, Shift Supervisor, and FP Management. Job Duties
- Provide physical security and protection to all employees, tenants, and visitors within FNBO corporate properties
- conduct regular patrols of internal areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential threats
- remain alert and responsive to any safety or security issues
- greet and check in all visitors, contractors, and vendors entering corporate properties
- verify identification and issue visitor badges according to company procedures
- maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with access policies
- operate visitor management systems and monitor security checkpoints
- provide clear directions and assistance to guests while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor
- maintain operational proficiency in Pacom GMS and March Video Monitoring Systems
- maintain operational proficiency in visitor access control systems
- maintain operational proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- coordinate with the Security Operations Center on any incidents or alerts
- exhibit professionalism, strong ethics, and a customer service mindset
- communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, visitors, and other stakeholders
- work collaboratively with fellow security personnel to ensure a cohesive and responsive team
- follow directives from the Shift Supervisor to support business units and day-to-day operations
