Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Relevant experience in public health or healthcare quality management preferred
- Knowledge of quality management and continuous quality improvement principles
- Experience analyzing healthcare data
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, social work, health care administration, or a related field
- Academic focus on health services analysis and quality management preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality assurance and continuous quality improvement processes
- Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support
Job Duties
- Coordinate and oversee quality processes to support quality management and compliance
- Assist in implementing quality management, continuous quality improvement, and quality assurance activities
- Conduct complex analysis of chart review data and compile service-specific chart review reports
- Serve as lead monitor for annual review of subrecipients
- Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring, and updating the Quality Management Performance Work Plan
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to subrecipients for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Ensure subcontracting service providers comply with minimum program requirements
