Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
- Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
- Class C or Standard Operator Driver License
- Ability to lift, push or move products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public and understand traffic signs
- Class C or Standard Operator Driver License
- Previous experience in delivery or truck driving preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to handle lifting and moving heavy products up to 100 pounds
Job Duties
- Safely operate a Class C truck on assigned delivery routes
- Manually unload and deliver products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their business needs
- Follow scheduled route plans to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and reports
- Adhere to safety and DOT regulations
- Occasionally operate tractor-trailers if holding Class A or B license and qualified
