Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
- commercial vehicle drivers must have the ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
- hold a Class C or Standard Operator Driver License
- able to lift, push or move products weighing 40 to 60 pounds and up to 100 pounds
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 21 years of age
- able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports
- hold a Class C or Standard Operator Driver License
- possess good physical fitness to handle freight lifting
- reliable and customer-service oriented
Job Duties
- operate a truck safely and efficiently
- manually unload and deliver various products such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies to customer locations
- build positive customer relationships by understanding their operations and needs
- follow assigned route schedules
- maintain a friendly and professional attitude during deliveries
- comply with all safety and DOT driver qualification requirements
- occasionally operate a tractor-trailer if holding a Class A or B license
