Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2+ years catering experience or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Food Safety Handler Certificate preferred or as required by state
- Food Safety Manager Certificate preferred or as required by state
- Ability to work full time day shift
- Must be team and service oriented
- Display a supportive, professional, and positive attitude towards a diverse group of customers
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English
- Supervision and production experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Food Safety Handler Certificate preferred
- Certified Food Safety Manager preferred
Job Duties
- Present food and beverage items with attention to detail and visual appeal
- Ensure all food and supplies meet quality, freshness, and safety standards by monitoring temperatures, storage, and presentation
- Verify every detail of catered orders including condiments, linens, utensils, and labels before delivery
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Build positive relationships with clients by guiding them through menu planning and event service details
- Create engaging retail promotions and special events that drive revenue growth
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment collection
