The role advertised is a full-time food and beverage position based in Altamonte Springs, Florida, specifically at 900 Hope Way. This day shift role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional catering and food service experiences within the organization. Responsibilities include presenting food and beverages with meticulous attention to detail and visual appeal, ensuring that every item meets established quality, freshness, and safety standards. This involves monitoring storage and temperature controls and taking corrective actions as needed to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. The role is essential in managing the verification of all catering orders, including condiments, linens, utensils, and labeling, prior to delivery. Additionally, the position requires building strong client relationships by guiding event planning and service details to create a personalized and seamless customer experience. An important aspect of the job is the development of engaging retail promotions and special events aimed at driving revenue growth, alongside ensuring accurate and timely billing and payment collection. Job Requirements
