Employing these shifts allows for a balanced workweek with weekends mostly off, which can be ideal for students and part-time workers. The rate of pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, offering competitive compensation for both entry-level and experienced lifeguards. This role provides an opportunity to join a professional team equipped with modern facilities and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of water safety.
