Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year related work experience in ticketed, retail, sales, casino player, special or promotional events
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a team player
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be fluent and literate in English
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts
- Must be able to maneuver from floor to floor via stairways (minimum of 200 steps) or by escalator
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to walk long distances
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds
- Must have manual dexterity for stooping, bending, twisting, grabbing, gripping, typing, pulling, holding, tearing, sorting, reaching as well as operating office and computer equipment
- Must tolerate areas with secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends, nights and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist the LVM Sports & Entertainment Manager in strategy and execution of all ticketed events for internal and external venues like Sphere, T-Mobile, Allegiant, Colosseum and PH Live
- Assist in managing the Sports & Entertainment ticket blocks for the Las Vegas region
- Assist in managing the transfer of digital tickets and distribution of physical tickets for all Sports & Entertainment events in the LVM
- Assist in managing the marketing and communication associated with internal and external Sports & Entertainment venues, collaborating with the Marketing teams, and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, hosts, external vendors, and key stakeholders
- Maintain a calendar of all scheduled Sports & Entertainment events ensuring files are accurate
- Communicate all upcoming and added Sports & Entertainment events to the Marketing team and property operators
- Ensure guest experience is smooth and service initiatives are met or exceeded
- Manage all Food and Beverage expenses, orders, and requests for external outlets
- Maintain accurate records of all revisions and relay pertinent information to appropriate client groups
- Compile, update, and monitor various financial reports
- Verify and reconcile all financial information and explain discrepancies
- Prepare cost projections and final costs for all ticketed events
- Process cash and credit card transactions in accordance with Marketing Operations policies
- Update and monitor guest lists and accessible seating guest lists, working with host leaders on seating requests
- Resolve client and guest concerns and disputes
- Plan or assist on Hospitality as needed
