- Must obtain a CA Food Handler’s Certificate within 30 days of hire
- Must obtain an RBS Certificate within 60 days of hire
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Able to quickly solve problems by using effective listening skills and good judgment
- Maintain regular attendance
- Report in a timely manner to work
- Be a team player to ensure a cohesive work environment
- Act responsibly

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly manner
- Serve guest in an efficient, professional, timely, and hospitable manner
- Clear and set tables
- Perform side-station work, as required
- Cooperate with other members of staff to provide the finest possible service to the guests in accordance with the high standards set forth
- Serve water, bread, and coffee
- Use crumber when clearing dishes
- Replace soiled linens, properly store clean linen, and complete the daily soiled linen count
- Follow dish room procedures
- Supply side stations
- Other duties, as assigned
