Job Duties
- Serve as a brand representative on property, maintaining a professional demeanor and willingness to assist guests
- Perform various event duties including setup and breakdown, organizing event supplies, and maintaining an inventory of promotional items
- Complete event registration, guest check-ins, and gift redemptions using multiple computer programs
- Adhere to all departmental and property policies, complete assignments in a timely manner, and protect the confidentiality of company files and data
- Handle administrative tasks including office support using multi-line phones, computer, fax, copier, filing, drafting memos, and acting as an office runner
