The organization is renowned for centers of excellence in specialized areas such as cancer treatment, cardiovascular care, orthopedics and sports medicine, and neurosciences. This dedication to medical excellence is grounded in a faith-based mission and supported by philanthropy, reflecting a deeply rooted commitment to the health and well-being of the communities it serves.
Recognized for its outstanding workplace culture, Baptist Health has been honored as one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For over the past 26 years. What sets Baptist Health apart is not only its comprehensive care network and clinical excellence but also its people—those who work there are deeply committed to compassion, quality care, and forming meaningful connections that extend beyond the workplace and patient interactions. Many employees personally relate to the patient experience, fueling a genuine dedication to service.
The role at Baptist Health involves coordinating, preparing, displaying, and serving meals and snacks specifically for physicians within their lounge and dining rooms. This position also supports other special events that arise based on hospital needs, emphasizing flexibility and teamwork. Exemplary customer service skills are essential, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for healthcare professionals who rely on these services during their demanding schedules.
This opportunity offers an estimated salary range from $16.00 to $18.37 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience. Employment at Baptist Health extends beyond a job; it is a chance to be part of a mission-driven organization that values growth and development. Employees benefit from career growth pathways, comprehensive health and wellness programs that include initiatives to reduce healthcare costs, tuition reimbursement, and much more. Baptist Health fosters an environment where individuals can build long-term, meaningful careers while making a critical difference every day in the lives of patients and colleagues alike.
