The role at Baptist Health involves coordinating, preparing, displaying, and serving meals and snacks specifically for physicians within their lounge or dining room setting. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of food service experience
  • food safety certification required within 90 days of employment
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • availability to assist in special hospital events
  • capability to work flexible hours as needed
  • physical ability to stand and carry food trays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, certificate, GED, training, or relevant experience
  • food safety knowledge
  • food safety certification within 90 days of job entry
  • healthcare, hotel, or restaurant food service experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Coordinate preparation and display of meals and snacks to physicians
  • serve meals in physician lounge and dining rooms
