It serves a wide area across Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward, and Palm Beach counties with an extensive network of 200 outpatient centers, urgent care facilities, and physician practices. Known for its internationally recognized centers of excellence in cancer care, cardiovascular services, orthopedics and sports medicine, and neurosciences, Baptist Health combines advanced medical expertise with a faith-based mission of medical excellence.
The organization is uniquely distinguished by its people-first approach, creating personal connections not only among colleagues but also with patients and their families. This empathetic culture is fueled by shared experiences and a deep commitment to compassion and quality care. Baptist Health’s work environment is rooted in purpose where every team member plays an integral role in making a positive impact on the community's health and well-being. Over the past 26 years, Baptist Health has consistently been named one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For, further emphasizing its commitment to employee satisfaction and organizational excellence. In the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospital Rankings, it was the most awarded healthcare system in South Florida, earning 63 high-performing honors.
Baptist Health also invests heavily in the professional growth and wellness of its employees. This commitment is reflected in the "grow our own" philosophy, which offers clear career pathways, continuous learning opportunities including tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health and wellness resources. Employees benefit from a wellness program that can help eliminate their medical plan deductible, significantly reducing their out-of-pocket healthcare costs. Beyond healthcare, the organization fosters a supportive working environment that encourages long-term career development and personal well-being.
The role at Baptist Health involves coordinating, preparing, displaying, and serving meals and snacks specifically for physicians within their lounge or dining room setting. Additionally, the position supports other special events as determined by hospital needs. This role demands excellent customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for medical staff. The estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 to $18.38 per hour, which may vary based on the candidate's experience. The position embraces individuals dedicated to maintaining a high standard of service and contributing to the organization's culture of care and respect.
