In this customer-focused role, Special Events Flaggers are key to facilitating smooth traffic flow and parking management during events. The position involves engaging directly with customers, ensuring they are directed to available parking spaces efficiently and courteously. Flaggers serve as the face of SP+, tasked with relaying important information such as parking rates while maintaining a professional, clean, and uniformed appearance at all times during their shifts. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to handle diverse customer queries promptly, and a strong sense of responsibility when reporting any irregularities or safety concerns to supervisors.

The Special Events Flagger position is well suited for individuals with a flexible schedule who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in fast-paced environments. This job requires physical stamina and the capability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions including cold, heat, rain, or snow. Successful candidates will be comfortable standing, walking, and using their hands throughout their shifts, with occasional tasks involving sitting, climbing, or lifting up to 25 pounds.

SP+ offers a competitive salary starting at $17.50 per hour for this role.
