Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Possess a valid Nevada state driver’s license or identification credential or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record
  • Obtain OSHA-30 General Industry Training Program Completion Card within 15 days of hire
  • Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and stand-by
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions including noise and outdoor elements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in event setup or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to learn and demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Possession of a valid Nevada driver’s license or ability to obtain one
  • Must obtain OSHA-30 General Industry Training Program Completion Card within 15 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Ensure the efficient setup of event-related elements
  • Maintain and upkeep event infrastructure during events
  • Coordinate teardown activities post events
  • Assist in the safe handling and transportation of equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Follow safety and operational protocols during event setup and breakdown
  • Report any issues or incidents promptly to the supervisor
