The role is pivotal in producing an inviting and lively social experience for guests on the casino floor. The successful candidate will act as an emcee for casino and property-wide events, fostering guest engagement by encouraging participation in gaming-related drawings and promotions. Excellent guest service is expected, including answering inquiries, providing directions, supporting marketing campaigns, and soliciting sign-ups for various casino events. This job significantly contributes to the festive atmosphere by entertaining guests and promoting prolonged engagement in gaming activities. The position also requires vigilance in observing gaming activities and promptly relaying any security concerns to relevant personnel. Additionally, the individual will support operational areas such as the Box Office and VIP Lounge when called upon.

Event management responsibilities include organizing, recording tournament data, completing after-event reports, and assisting with the preparation and execution of casino events and promotions. The role involves creating promotional material and ensuring guests receive accurate information about the casino’s services, hours of operation, and local attractions.
