Acting as an emcee, the individual will host and energize property-wide events, ensuring that guests remain entertained and engaged throughout their visit. The coordinator serves as a bridge between guests and the casino, providing excellent customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and supporting marketing initiatives.

In addition to guest interaction, the coordinator monitors gaming activity closely, reporting any security concerns promptly to maintain a safe environment. They also assist in event management tasks such as recording tournament data, completing post-event reports, and coordinating event setup to ensure smooth execution. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to maintain a valid gaming license and alcohol awareness card
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly across casino floor
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 75lbs occasionally and 10lbs constantly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and to groups
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive hand movements and visual tasks
  • Experience in event management or hospitality preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in special events or casino hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to engage guests and influence participation
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to handle complex reading, writing, and simple math
  • Skilled in clerical and coordination tasks

Job Duties

  • Create an inviting socialized experience for all guests by encouraging participation in casino drawings and promotions
  • Emcee all casino or property-wide events and promotions
  • Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and supporting marketing initiatives
  • Entertain guests to create a festive and upbeat environment
  • Observe gaming activity and report security concerns
  • Perform event management and complete post-event reports
  • Prepare and execute casino events and promotions
  • Create event collateral
  • Communicate accurate information regarding hotel services and local attractions
