Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with good motor vehicle record
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds and occasionally up to 160 pounds
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
- Willingness to obtain and maintain DOT medical card to operate box trucks
- Monday through Friday plus weekends with early start times and late nights requiring schedule flexibility
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment
- Ability to travel up to 70 percent of the time
- Physical capability to walk, bend, lift, and twist extensively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to operate in inventory management system and HRIS system
- Valid driver’s license with a good motor vehicle record
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to obtain and maintain DOT medical card to operate box trucks
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to practice safe driving and proper lifting techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with other departments, customers, and vendors
Job Duties
- Execute all logistical aspects of events from concept to completion
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, other service providers, and across all SCP departments
- Work independently and solve problems
- Work closely with the Special Events team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with SCP goals
- Execute set up and breakdown of events ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
- Work with others building and maintaining relationships
- Provide technical support and maintenance for the role as assigned
