Each location operates as an independently owned and operated franchise, creating a unique family-oriented atmosphere that prioritizes child growth and confidence building. With a curriculum that blends fun with education in a safe, nurturing environment, The Little Gym offers parent/child classes, pre-kindergarten, and grade-school sessions that empower children to develop skills and achieve personal milestones at their own pace. This vibrant, energetic company is built on the foundation of community, development, and fun, making it an inspiring place for those passionate about working with children and contributing to their early physical and psychological milestones.
This role centers around leading and assisting birthday parties and special events at The Little Gym using a proven curriculum and teaching method that new hires will be trained in. Candidates will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, creating a warm, educational, and entertaining environment for both children and families. The role offers flexible scheduling, perfect for high school or college students looking to earn extra money while staying active, as well as for those who appreciate a dynamic workplace that requires physical engagement and enthusiasm. Employees enjoy a casual dress code that includes athleisure wear like yoga pants and t-shirts, embracing the active nature of the job which involves continuous movement. This is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of a global family dedicated to childhood development and to experience the satisfaction that comes with making a positive impact on young lives. Those who excel in this role often find themselves rewarded not only with tips from grateful parents but also with opportunities for advancement, ongoing training, and personal growth. Joining The Little Gym means becoming part of a passionate team that values fun, service, and professionalism while supporting children in their physical and emotional development.
