Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain active and move throughout the shift
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and be trained on the curriculum
Job Qualifications
- Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with children and adults in a friendly and professional manner
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Ability to follow structured curriculum and guidelines
- Positive attitude and high energy levels
- Flexibility to work afternoons and evenings
Job Duties
- Lead and assist birthday parties and special events based on the proven curriculum and teaching method
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at each party
- Engage actively with children to ensure a memorable and enjoyable party experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of party areas
- Respond to parents and guests' needs promptly and professionally
- Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere throughout the event
