Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- minimum of 5 years experience in event planning
- valid driver’s license
- ability to pass a background check
- availability to work outside normal business hours as needed
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties
- Plan special events for Augusta University partners
- organize and coordinate event logistics
- promote and oversee event execution
- collaborate with internal and external partners on event development
- assist customers with event concepts, timelines, budgets, and venue selection
- maintain relationships with sponsors, vendors, and partners
- develop and deliver training on event protocol and standards
