- Familiarity with facility maintenance and event logistics
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on event schedules
Job Qualifications

- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in event coordination or facilities operations is preferred
- Understanding of Title IX responsibilities as a Responsible Employee
Job Duties
- Coordinating operational logistics for athletic and special events hosted at University of North Florida facilities
- Assisting with the management, execution, and evaluation of event-related contracts and services
- Supporting the daily operations, readiness, and maintenance coordination of all athletic facilities
- Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality event experiences
- Assisting Facilities & Operations leadership with event staffing, scheduling, and operational planning
