This role focuses on facilitating the successful ticketing and event management of non-Bucks events held at Fiserv Forum, ensuring seamless experiences from ticket sales to event settlement. The individual in this position is responsible for building and managing ticketed events, utilizing Ticketmaster and related ticketing systems, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining detailed coordination between promoters and internal departments. Moreover, this role involves hands-on responsibilities such as managing access control, supervising part-time staff, and handling box office operations on event days. The programmer acts as a critical liaison ensuring communication lines remain open and functional among all stakeholders including promoters, Ticketmaster customer services, and arena management.
