Job Requirements
- Work in office in Irvine, CA and travel to restaurants in Orange County
- Ability to handle multiple events and locations simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior hospitality or sales experience preferred
- Available to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong guest service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to close and upsell events
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple events and locations at once
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in restaurant events, catering, or hospitality sales preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all event inquiries across four restaurant locations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and leads with a strong focus on converting inquiries into booked events
- Guide clients through the planning process, including menus, layouts, and logistics
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Act as the on-site host for events, welcoming parties and ensuring a smooth experience from arrival through departure
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients and local businesses
