- ability to perform physical tasks including frequent standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Collect parking fees with accuracy and customer service
- prepare and complete accurate records and reports
- assist customers courteously and answer general questions
- perform traffic control responsibilities
- respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints timely and courteously
- monitor radio traffic and communicate with coworkers and management
- audit cars and monitor parking space availability and safety
- change signage at parking locations and communicate as needed
