Job Requirements
- One year customer service or related experience or equivalency
- Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to perform essential functions as outlined in the position description
- Flexibility in schedule to work varying hours during special events
- Physical ability to handle frequent standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Collect parking fees from customers with accuracy and a smile
- Prepare and complete accurate records and reports
- Assist customers in a courteous manner and answer general questions with a positive attitude
- Perform various traffic control responsibilities
- Respond to citizen and guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely, courteous and helpful manner
- Monitor all radio traffic and communicate with appropriate coworkers and management when necessary
- Audit cars in a parking lot and monitor parking facilities for space availability and safety concerns
- Change signage at parking locations and communicate as needed
