Job Requirements

  • experience in hospitality is a must
  • at least one year of supervisory or management experience required
  • must be professional, energetic, and self-motivated
  • ability to motivate others and maintain a positive attitude
  • professional grooming and conduct
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to adapt to changes and challenges
  • ability to establish working relationships with all employees, management, and vendors
  • good judgment in decision-making
  • availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • experience in hospitality such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
  • one or more years of supervisory or management experience
  • ability to act as a brand ambassador and culture champion
  • professional grooming and conduct
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to interact enthusiastically with others
  • adaptability and flexibility
  • ability to establish effective working relationships with employees, management, and vendors
  • sound judgment in decision-making
  • willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist event sales manager with planning and executing special events
  • communicate effectively with park management and outside vendors
  • manage event decoration, setup, and teardown
  • test and operate lighting and audio equipment
  • coordinate multiple tasks to meet event requirements
  • provide exceptional customer service with a guest-first attitude
  • perform additional duties as assigned
