The Special Event Assistant role at Urban Air Plymouth plays a vital part in supporting the Event Sales Manager with the efficient execution of special events. This position demands an energetic and proactive team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at handling numerous responsibilities with composure and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with park management and outside vendors to ensure seamless coordination. Exceptional planning and organizational abilities are essential to deliver well-thought-out events while accommodating last-minute changes without compromising event quality. Beyond administrative support, this hands-on role involves assisting with event decoration, setup, and teardown, along with testing and managing lighting and audio equipment.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
