Job Requirements
- experience in hospitality is a must
- at least one year of supervisory or management experience required
- must be professional, energetic, and self-motivated
- ability to motivate others and maintain a positive attitude
- professional grooming and conduct
- strong communication skills
- ability to adapt to changes and challenges
- ability to establish working relationships with all employees, management, and vendors
- good judgment in decision-making
- availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- experience in hospitality such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
- one or more years of supervisory or management experience
- ability to act as a brand ambassador and culture champion
- professional grooming and conduct
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to interact enthusiastically with others
- adaptability and flexibility
- ability to establish effective working relationships with employees, management, and vendors
- sound judgment in decision-making
- willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- assist event sales manager with planning and executing special events
- communicate effectively with park management and outside vendors
- manage event decoration, setup, and teardown
- test and operate lighting and audio equipment
- coordinate multiple tasks to meet event requirements
- provide exceptional customer service with a guest-first attitude
- perform additional duties as assigned
