Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a leading hospitality and food service company specializing in providing exceptional guest experiences at iconic venues and events. Currently, Delaware North operates concessions, suites, catering, premium dining, and retail management services at Globe Life Field, the home stadium of the Texas Rangers in Arlington, Texas, since its opening in 2020. This world-class stadium with a seating capacity of 40,300 offers an exciting work environment for those passionate about sports and hospitality. Delaware North is a family-owned business with over 100 years of history and a reputation for delivering great times in great places, spanning operations worldwide including national parks, casinos, hotels, and sports arenas. The company is dedicated to fostering a supportive corporate culture that values personal and professional growth, inclusivity, and diversity, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a rewarding career in hospitality. Delaware North also offers flexible employment options for part-time and full-time workers alike, ensuring opportunities align with individual lifestyle needs and career goals. As an equal opportunity employer, Delaware North embraces diversity and considers all applicants without regard to legally protected status.

The seasonal Bartender position at Globe Life Field offers a unique opportunity to be part of the exhilarating game-day atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while delivering excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. Since this is a tipped position, the base pay is $4.50 per hour, but your total earnings have the potential to be significantly higher based on tips. Your role will include mixing drinks according to company recipes, handling cash and credit payments, requesting identification to comply with alcohol service laws, maintaining accurate sales and inventory records, and managing bar stock efficiently. The job requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events — prime times when the stadium hosts thousands of fans. Working as a Bartender at Delaware North means joining a dynamic team where your enthusiasm for hospitality and commitment to responsible alcohol service directly impacts the enjoyment of tens of thousands of guests. The position demands stamina for standing and moving consistently during shifts as well as interpersonal skills to engage with guests and coworkers professionally. Training and development opportunities are provided to help you succeed in your role and grow within the company. This role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment who thrive working in fast-paced, high-energy settings. If you enjoy excitement, social interaction, and contributing to memorable experiences, Delaware North’s seasonal bartender position at Globe Life Field invites you to be part of the game day action and join a company that values its employees and offers comprehensive benefits and career advancement pathways.
