We are seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Café Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Spark'd. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in café or quick-service management roles
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of POS and inventory management systems
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Prior experience in café bakery or quick service management
- Strong communication and people development skills

- Comfortable with POS systems inventory processes and basic financial reporting
