Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have valid proof of auto insurance
- Must operate a clean, smoke-free vehicle
- Authorized to perform services as an independent contractor in the U.S.
- Must use a compatible iOS or Android mobile device with GPS and camera
- Able to understand and use the Spark Driver app for assignment and delivery completion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with driving and knowledge of local areas preferred
- Basic proficiency with smartphone apps and GPS navigation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Enroll and register using the Spark Driver app
- Download and navigate the Spark Driver app for managing delivery offers
- Shop for Walmart and partner products accurately and timely
- Deliver orders to customers within designated zones
- Maintain clean, smoke-free vehicle conditions
- Adhere to all safety and legal requirements including valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Optimize earnings by participating in referral and incentive programs
