Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or spa setting
- Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, phone etiquette and Spa Soft systems
- Candidate must be guest focused
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-lingual skills preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinates and performs guest arrival, departure and cashiering tasks in accordance with hotel standards
- Provides genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area
- Maintains spa atmosphere with proper music, lighting, temperature and aroma
- Operates available resources and databases such as Book for Time and Lotus Notes efficiently
- Updates guest profiles, preferences and appointments accurately
- Provides individual assistance and offers a special touch when possible
- Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests
- Possesses high degree of product knowledge for treatments and retail
- Recommends and upsells resort facilities in a personalized manner
- Handles unexpected situations and emergencies in accordance with hotel policies
- Performs quality checks by asking guest feedback after spa experience
- Identifies and reports hazards and maintenance issues
- Responds properly in emergency or safety situations
- Performs other tasks or projects as assigned
- Handles guest complaints by taking ownership and notifying spa management immediately
- Keeps accurate inventory of operating supplies and submits purchase orders timely
- Processes financial transactions accurately without causing delays
- Follows impeccable telephone etiquette
- Ensures work area is ready for service and assists in supply requisitions
- Highly sensitive to guest preferences and offers meaningful alternatives when special requests cannot be met
